Most P9Gaming products displayed at the Site are available in select stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or P9Gaming, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

RETURNS
Methods of Payment
We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
P9Gaming.com accepts the following credit cards:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
NOTE: Charges on your credit card statement will note P9Gaming as the merchant.
Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for refund or exchange, items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be in new condition. You must email info@P9gaming.com for a Return Authorization number before products will be processed for a return. After recieving the RA number follow these instructions to return any P9gaming.com purchase by mail:
- Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason for the return.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order; or, if you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the credit receipt or exchange.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original package, if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

NOTE: We will refund both original shipping charges and return shipping charges only if: the returned item did not match the item you originally ordered; or, if the item originally sent was damaged or defective when you received it.
Credit Card Safeguard
We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. If your credit card or debit card is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't - up to $50.

SHIPPING
Unfortunately at this time we only ship orders within the United States and its territories.
Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Shipping charges will be calculated and disclosed before completion of purchase.
Domestic orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. We currently offer only UPS shipping.
